We are subdivision specialists and take care of your project from concept to issue of titles. We have planning experience with all of the Councils including Christchurch, Waimakariri and Selwyn. Joshua Thomas Surveying can design, plan and manage your subdivision.
BOUNDARY LOCATIONS
Do you need to know where your boundary is? If you live in Christchurch your boundary may have moved. Are you constructing a new fence or building close to the boundary? Old fences are often not in the correct location. We can mark on site with legal survey marks to give you certainty on where your boundary actually is on the ground.
BUILDING SET OUT
and LOCATION CERTIFICATES
We work with you to offer the best survey set out methods and can provide Building Location Certificates (BLC's) to council. We regularly provide certificates to Christchurch, Selwyn and Waimakariri Councils.
EASEMENTS
We can create easement plans to protect your rights. Easements may be required for right of ways, services and even building overhangs.
CROSS LEASE UPDATES
Does your cross lease plan need updating? We can upate the plan for you or upgrade the titles to full fee simple titles. Fee simple titles mean you no longer have the hassles associated with cross lease titles such as insurance or defective titles.
TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEYS
Are you designing a new building or area requiring levels and positions of features? Our site surveys are carried out with expert equipment and provided in the latest digital software to architects and engineers .
